This lovely duplex townhouse property is located in a private gates condo approx. 10min walk from Ferragudo town centre and Praia Grande beach. There are electric gates at the Entrance on a small cul-de-sac road so there is no passing traffic near the property.

On the main ground floor level there is a fully fitted kitchen, a bathroom and an open living area with sofas and TV, and also a dining table that seats 6. The patio doors open out to the terrace with outdoor table and chairs and a couple of sun beds and BBQ. The property also has its own "splash" pool.
Both bedrooms - master with a double bed and a second bedroom with a sofa bed - are on the first floor with a sun terrace and views over the town. The main bathroom is also on the first floor adjacent to the bedrooms.

The property is fully air-conditioned, with wifi and security alarm.
All bedlinen and towels are provided including separate towels for the pool/outdoor use. Maid service includes mid-week clean.
A travel cot and a high chair can be provided free of charge with a prior request. Note: the property has internal stairs!
Hire car is not essential due to the close location of all amenities but there is secure parking in the front of the house.
