CASA CASSANDRA

Casa Cassandra is a character villa built in a typical Algarvian style with wooden beam and cane ceilings. This is a homely, well furnished, fully equipped villa with 3 comfortable bedrooms (2 doubles and a twin) and 2 bathrooms and a heated pool (optiona). Its feature is its excellent position on top of the hill overlooking Carvoeiro, 800m from the town centre and the nearest beach.

 Carvoeiro itself is an old fishing village grown into a small residential seaside town with a lot to offer: beaches, restaurants, bars, shops, golf, tennis and other outdoor activities and sports - all without high-risers or big apartment blocks.

All bedrooms have air-conditioning which also doubles up as heating during winter months. The lounge has a comfortable L-shaped sofa and foreign TV channels are provided. Fibre optic internet (free of charge). The windows are double glazed with secure shutters and there is an alarm and gates to the road.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances such as washing machine and dishwasher, plenty cutlery and crockery for those who enjoy cooking and meals at the villa.

Large covered terrace and barbecue/pool area including 6 sunbeds. The non-chlorine pool (10 x 5m) can be heated for an extra cost (200€/wk) and it has a shallow end for children. Beautiful mature garden, with trees and shrubs, surrounds the villa and there are electric gates to the road so the young ones are safe and cannot escape.

Car hire not essential.
