Carr´s Villas has been operating since early 2000 to provide professional and efficient villa management service in the Lagoa (Porches to Ferragudo) area. Having been owners of properties abroad our own experiences gained benefit owners and their properties under our management.
We are a small team managing only a limited number of properties at any given time, allowing us to give each house personal attention and due diligence, and to do this in a proactive manner. Our management concept is based on personal service and regular contact with owners and our services offered are taylor-made to suit each owner's requirements.
Our service summary:
- Arrangement and supervision: maid service, pool and garden maintenance.
- Regular inspection of the property and subsequent report to the owner.
- All improvement and/or repair works organised and supervised subject to the owner's approval
- All administrative details, such as prompt bill and salary payments, insurance covers, gas certificates, letting licences etc taken care of.
- Liaison and communication with local authorities if and when required (Portuguese spoken)
- Itemised monthly accounts, receipts retained for owner's perusal
- Arrangement and management of property rentals
