CASA SANTA COMBA

This is a beautiful fully renovated 3-bedroomed villa with a private pool near the Carvoeiro sea side town centre. Its location is private along a small cul-de-sac road but within 10 min walk to all amenities and the beach.

On the ground floor the villa has a spacious living area, a modern fully equipped kitchen with granite tops, induction hob, large American style fridge etc, and a guest WC which also doubles as a laundry (washing machine). All windows and patio doors have electric shutters on this floor.

The three bedrooms are on the first floor: a double and a twin bedroom sharing a bathroom and a double master bedroom en-suite. Both bathrooms have large walk-in showers, no baths, but we can provide a tub for a baby.

The views from the terraces are towards the village centre and the sea. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Safe for valuables.

Outside there is a large bbq area next to the covered terrace with a table and chairs overlooking the swimming pool. The pool has a small shallow end and Roman steps to get in, and it can be heated for 200€/week. Sun beds (6) and a couple of sun brollies can be found.

All bedlinen and towels are provided including separate towels for the pool use. Mid-week maid service.

Car hire not essential due to the close approximity of the town centre. Private parking for two cars.
