Casa Leões is an outstanding villa with a private pool overlooking the Gramacho golf course, set in the end of a small cul-de-sac. The villa has five comfortable bedrooms, of which three of them with en-suite facilities, a large family bathroom and a separate guest cloakroom.

The open living areas, the kitchen, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom sharing a family bathroom and the guest cloakroom are on the main ground floor. The master bedroom and another twin/double bedroom (both en-suite) are on the first floor with access to the balconies and the roof terrace. The fifth large double bedroom en-suite is on a lower basement level with an access to the pool and the gardens.

Air-conditioning in all the bedrooms.

Glass patio doors lead from the living area to the swimming pool, the terrace areas and the garden. The pool has a shallow end and Roman steps. Plenty outdoor sitting areas and bbq.

Cot and highchair provided if requested. Mid-week maid service.

The clubhouse and its facilities (restaurant/bar, shop) are only a 3-min walk from the villa, and apart from two 18 hole golf courses the resort also offers a tennis court, putting green and children's play area for guests use. Carvoeiro sea side town with beautiful beaches, vast choice of restaurants and all other amenities is only a 5-min drive away.

Car hire recommended but not essential.
