VILLA JOIA

Casa Joia is a beautiful villa with private heated pool and situated in the peaceful, unspoilt area of Caramujeira, between Porches and Carvoeiro, near the sea. This private villa offers all comforts for your holiday (such as air-conditioning, wi-fi) and within a short distance you can find several beautiful beaches.

The villa has five bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are on the ground floor: two with king size double beds and a third one with a normal sized double bed plus a single bed so a child can sleep with parents, for example. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, also with king size beds.

The lounge and the living areas are spacious and open up to the covered terrace that leads down to the swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an access to the pantry with a washing machine. There is also a fantastic bbq area and a roof terrace with amazing views.

The swimming pool has a shallow end and Roman steps, and can be heated for an extra cost of 200€/week.

The villa is fully fenced in with electric gates to the road, has beautiful landscaped gardens and some lawn area for children to play. Restaurants, bars, shops and family attractions such Slide and Splash water park and Zoomarine are easily reachable by car. Half a dozen golf courses are within 10-15mins drive. Car hire is recommended.
