This lovely duplex townhouse property is located on Vila Castelo resort which is mere 3mins walk from Praia Grande beach and about 5-7mins walk from the quaint Ferragudo town centre. There are views from the terrace/balcony towards the sea and Portimao Marina and town.

The property is on two levels: the main entrance level is an open plan with fully fitted modern kitchen, dining and sitting areas opening to a balcony. The property has a light colour scheme throughout with plenty of natural light.
The two bedrooms en-suite (double and a twin) are located downstairs from the main entrance level and both have access to private courtyards with chairs and sofas for relaxation away from the sun.

The resort has a shared pool with a snack bar selling variety of food and drinks in the summer season. There are also organised poolside games for your entertainment.

The property is fully air-conditioned and has fibre-optic fast wifi and a smart TV with some foreign channels (guests can also log-in, for example, with their own Netflix account).
All bedlinen and towels are provided including separate towels for the pool/outdoor use. Maid service includes mid-week clean.
A travel cot and a high chair can be provided free of charge with a prior request. Please note the property has steps and an internal staircase and and not necessarily suitable for young children and guests with mobility issues.
Hire car is not essential due to the close location of all amenities but there is secure parking next to the property.
