VILLA 235

A stunning private 3-bedroomed villa located in the prestigious Gramacho Golf resort close to Carvoeiro sea side town and numerous sandy beaches.

The villa is fully equipped to high specifications and furnished with contemporary style and all rooms are air-conditioned. The landscaped gardens surround the villa and there is a small lawn area for children to play. The Estate Restaurant/Club house is a few minutes walk and there is also a small local supermarket within easy walk. The estate has a tennis court and children's play area as well as heated indoor pool and jacuzzi, and a new gym is being opened. The neighbouring Vale d'Oliveiras resort has a gym, spa and further two tennis courts. A state-of-the-art craft brewery and vineyard with a restaurant is within 10min walk.

The villa has a master bedroom upstairs (en-suite) with a sun terrace overlooking the gardens and the infinity swimming pool. The further two bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the ground floor together with a spacious lounge opening up to the gardens/pool area and a modern kitchen.

It is possible to accommodate 7 persons with a foldable sofa/chair bed (no extra charge children up to 12 years). Cot and highchair are provided on request.

Swimming pool has a shallow end with Roman steps for easy access and can be heated for 225€/week.

There are sofas, table and chairs plus 6 sunbeds around the pool area. Table tennis.
