VILLA 12

Villa 12 is a beatiful villa with air-conditioning and private heated pool (optional, extra cost), only 10min walk from Carvoeiro town centre. It is spacious, tastefully furnished and offers modern comforts for your holiday.

There are four bedrooms and four bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large living area, patio/terrace, garage and pool. The garden is mature with trees and shrubs, and the plot is fenced with electric gates to the road.

The villa has a double bedroom sand two twins on the upper entrance level and the master double is on the main ground floor. All The kitchen is modern and fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine etc). There is also separate WC next to the kitchen.

The spacious open plan living area has comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV (UK channels) and wifi internet. Both kitchen and the living area open to the pool and terrace where you find comfortable shaded seating area. Charcoal barbeque.

Car hire is not essential but there is enough parking on the villa grounds up to two cars. The villa has a security alarm and electric shutters.

A cot and high chair (free of charge) can be provided when requested.
All towels and linen provided including separate towels for the pool use.

Smoking allowed outside. No pets
